Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate a ready-mix concrete mixer truck to manufacture, deliver, and unload concrete to customer standards.
  • •Receive assignments from the dispatcher/plant supervisor and deliver to job sites with difficult/uncongested unloading points.
  • •Check delivery tickets for special instructions, maintain communication with the dispatcher/plant supervisor, and complete required documentation/signatures.
  • •Collect customer payments and record transactions on customer receipts/tickets accurately.
  • •Maintain vehicle and work area cleanliness, including rinsing the drum before and after deliveries, and perform assigned truck/plant maintenance or yard work as needed.
