Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
  • •Develop comprehensive design standards and create detailed design documentation (BOM, conceptual block diagrams, infrastructure plans, scopes of work).
  • •Determine infrastructure requirements (power, data, conduit) and coordinate with general contractors.
  • •Assess project risks and site conditions, scheduling requirements, and dependencies; review pre-construction documentation for alignment.
  • •Support project teams during implementation as the design authority and provide technical input as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address risks effectively.
  • •Experience conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients, project managers, and field teams.
  • •Proficiency designing and configuring AV systems, with an understanding of IP networking and AVoIP.
  • •Two (2) or more relevant audio/DSP certifications (Biamp, Q-SYS, BSS, Extron, Shure, etc.).
