Vault Teller/CSR

Provide quality over-the-counter customer service as a Vault Teller/Client Services Representative, handling routine deposits and payments, issuing transaction receipts, and maintaining daily vault and cash balancing. Open, maintain, and close account types, assist clients with account and product selection, and cross-sell bank services while handling stop payments and hold orders. Support safe deposit and night depository tasks as needed, follow compliance policies, and report suspicious activity.
