Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking.
  • •Lead residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage, including activities such as highways/utilities, remediation, public realm, bridges, and managing S106/S278 obligations.
  • •Establish effective processes and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators, including tracking and documenting changes.
  • •Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers; attend meetings and draft minutes; prepare written communications and formal progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Cognate qualification in construction, real estate, planning, or engineering.
  • •Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety.
  • •Engineering qualification and/or background (civil, structural, mechanical/electrical preferred).
  • •Broad understanding of the development lifecycle (business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover, management).
  • •Direct experience of on-site construction and residential-led or mixed-use projects, preferably at the enabling stage (e.g., highways/utilities, remediation, public realm, bridges, utility diversions/upgrades, S106/S278 obligations).
