Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the achievement of Country AOP and deliver KPI objectives through development of existing and new client relationships.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with Premier clients by completing regular reviews and advising on products and services to meet their goals.
  • •Maintain minimum qualifying Premier clients in the portfolio and ensure client information is complete and up to date in CRM.
  • •Monitor daily sales activity and internal information tools, using them to coach the wider branch team.
  • •Perform sales and lending activities in accordance with HSBC policies and manage operational risk to minimize loss while ensuring fair outcomes.
