Job Summary

Join the systems calibration team to support command-and-control activities and cross-team technical working groups. You’ll prepare and deliver technical briefings, develop software tools to extract and analyze data, and perform trending/performance analysis across system hardware and software. Key Responsibilities

•Support technical working groups with analysis and coordinate inputs needed for issue resolution and program objectives.
•Prepare and deliver technical briefings with data-informed updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain software tools for data extraction, analysis, and interpretation under senior guidance.
•Perform routine trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software to support broader engineering assessments.
•Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalate complex problems, and collaborate across teams for shared technical objectives.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
•Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
•Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
•Experience collaborating with senior technical management and conducting technical investigations.
•An active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. government security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
