Key Responsibilities

  • •Process account onboarding, including Advisory Agreements and custodial account agreements.
  • •Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance, including retirement coding reconciliations.
  • •Handle asset movement requests (checks, wires, ACH, and journals) through completion.
  • •Support retirement account rollovers and reconciliation of transferred assets and annuity rollovers.
  • •Coordinate offboarding notifications and manage returned mail/abandoned property accounts, while communicating proactively and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of custodial work.
