Job Summary

Support advisor teams and clients through account operations, including onboarding, ongoing maintenance, and offboarding activities. Build foundational operational and technical knowledge while managing custodial tasks such as account maintenance, retirement coding reconciliations, asset movement requests, and rollovers. Communicate proactively with clients and advisors, maintain compliance documentation, and improve processes through adherence to established procedures and templates.

Key Responsibilities

•Process account onboarding, including Advisory Agreements and custodial account agreements.
•Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance, including retirement coding reconciliations.
•Handle asset movement requests (checks, wires, ACH, and journals) through completion.
•Support retirement account rollovers and reconciliation of transferred assets and annuity rollovers.
•Coordinate offboarding notifications and manage returned mail/abandoned property accounts, while communicating proactively and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of custodial work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
•Relevant experience in financial services or a related industry.
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Experience with CRM systems and custodial platforms (preferred).
•Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
