Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architectural design and integration of security products into the enterprise network.
  • •Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, trends, and vulnerabilities; oversee security strategies, policies, and enforcement mechanisms.
  • •Supervise and mentor a team of IT security specialists and contractors, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and serving as escalation for complex incidents.
  • •Coordinate with the incident response team on investigations of security violations and recommend/track remediation actions.
  • •Coordinate firewall upgrades and SSL VPN tunnel management; monitor and enforce security policies across Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •10+ years of related experience (or 8 with a relevant MS; 14 without the degree).
  • •5+ years system administration and 7+ years system security administration.
  • •Experience with Cisco/Fortinet (Fortigate), Juniper, and Palo Alto security platforms; proficiency with Nmap, Wireshark, and tcpdump.
  • •CISSP (or ability to obtain within 6 months) and ability to obtain Public Trust.
