Job Summary

Own the Automotive vertical accounts for Reddit’s Large Customer Sales team by partnering with a Client Partner to launch and optimize native advertising campaigns. Manage and expand relationships with agencies and direct clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth. Lead end-to-end campaign execution, troubleshoot internal delivery issues with Ad Ops, and use audience/competitor and performance data to deliver KPI-driven recommendations while representing client needs cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals.
•Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive year-over-year Reddit revenue growth.
•Lead campaign launches end-to-end and deliver optimization recommendations to agency and client partners.
•Serve as the primary internal point of contact for account operations, including revenue delivery and issue escalation.
•Analyze campaign performance and audience/competitor trends to develop KPI-driven recommendations and shape the native ads product roadmap using client feedback.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
•Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
•Knowledge of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
•Comfort working through problems of diverse scope using data analysis to evaluate identifiable factors.
•BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
