Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot and deploy industrial means and processes to achieve cost, quality, and cadence objectives.
  • •Provide on-site support to production for means, tooling, and manufacturing documents.
  • •Define and optimize test strategies for complex electronic products (hyperfrequency, digital, analog, and mechanical).
  • •Represent industrialization with project and production teams.
  • •Act as a reference on testability topics, contribute to continuous improvement, and capture lessons learned to propose robust solutions for future developments.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent (BAC+5).
  • •Strong expertise in electronics, including testability of complex systems and hyperfrequency technologies.
  • •Ability to manage technical projects and write technical specifications.
  • •Significant experience supporting production and ensuring methods/process readiness through the product lifecycle.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple activities in a demanding environment, with the ability to lead teams hierarchically or functionally.
