Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the Arista Wi‑Fi cloud architecture, its components, and related products.
  • •Collaborate with software/dev/test/field engineers to gather requirements and participate in design reviews to validate requirements.
  • •"Own" the feature and product; act as the subject matter expert for deliverables.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for field escalations; reproduce issues and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
  • •Build and maintain Wi‑Fi labs; design and deploy complex networks that mimic customer environments at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • •5-15 years of experience troubleshooting wired or wireless networks and debugging complex software; Cloud and virtualization experience a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with Wi‑Fi technologies: RF/L1, Wi‑Fi 7, Wi‑Fi 6E, Wi‑Fi 6; Enterprise AP features (e.g., tunneling data path).
  • •Experience designing and implementing Wi‑Fi labs at scale; strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • •Solid networking fundamentals across the OSI stack; strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking tools; basic RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQL an added advantage.
