Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with executing local procurement strategies, contracts, and supplier relationship management in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • •Utilize and optimize requisition-to-payment and ordering processes and procedures within Global Procurement standards.
  • •Assist with sourcing and executing purchases for indirect materials or services not covered by agreements, including local and non-agreement purchases.
  • •Coordinate RFQ processes with suppliers and, with supported sites, determine best total cost of ownership.
  • •Monitor pricing, resolve supplier issues (supply, pricing, quality, delivery), and identify/report cost takeout opportunities.
