Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with HR objectives.
  • •Analyze and select new system(s) to consolidate a scattered HR landscape; scale, optimize, and govern HR systems.
  • •Manage day-to-day HR systems operations, including performance, data integrity, uptime, and data integration.
  • •Maintain a 12-month project roadmap with visibility into a 24-month horizon; lead change management and user training to drive adoption.
  • •Own end-to-end new HRIS implementation (requirements, solution design, quality assurance, UAT, and post-implementation support) and manage an HR automation team (up to 7 FTEs).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading multi-module HRIS implementations in complex, international environments (Core HR, Workforce Management, C&B, L&D, and/or Recruitment).
  • •Expertise in HR process optimization and data architecture, with knowledge of global HR workflows and best practices.
  • •Strong familiarity with modern HR tech ecosystem and trends, including SaaS, integration layers, AI, and people analytics.
  • •Fluency in English required.
  • •Experience with HR technology strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, and vendors.
