Banquet Set up Attendant

Set up and break down meeting rooms for banquets according to event orders, ensuring a smooth, guest-focused experience. You’ll coordinate with other departments for special customer needs, monitor comfort elements like lighting and sanitation, and maintain function-room cleanliness and banquet equipment. The role also involves interpreting banquet/event instructions, managing AV and sound equipment inventory, and demonstrating service brand behaviors while addressing guest issues promptly and courteously.
