Job Summary

Lead and oversee Protection & Resilience and Business Continuity Management for Thailand, coordinating with regional P&R teams and cross-functional partners. Drive governance participation, develop country-level BCM strategies, monitor risks and crises, and ensure effective reporting to regulators and the board. Build robust standards, collaborate across functions, and guide implementation to minimize business disruption in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as BCM Officer to manage BCM plans and represent Crisis Management Team during crisis
•Manage and lead teams in analyzing business impacts from various continuity scenarios
•Review and ensure quality, completeness, and timeliness of BCM reports and documents (BIA/RI A, Recovery plans, BCM strategies)
•Plan crisis management activities and support implementation; monitor situations that may pose crises to staff and business
•Coordinate action plans and ensure Protection & Resilience monitoring and reporting systems are implemented and maintained

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IE or related field
•At least 5 years direct experience in Protection & Resilience and Business Continuity Management from insurance, financial or banking industry
•Strong leadership skills and understanding of security-related threats and risks, including practices and capabilities to address them
•Strong knowledge and understanding of current business continuity and crisis management planning techniques and information technologies
•Strong project management and organizational skills; self-directed with the ability to set priorities, manage time, resolve issues, follow up on tasks, and identify project resources
