Assistant Store Manager

Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and supporting daily retail operations. Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, POS system usage, stock room replenishment, pricing and markdowns, and loyalty program promotion. Coordinate and delegate tasks with the Store Manager to ensure timely execution across teams, uphold asset protection and inventory control procedures, and serve as a brand ambassador for product launches and collaborations.
