Job Summary

Drive SAP rollout readiness within Pandora’s GBS Transformation & Enabling Services team. Own defined rollout subprocesses across Compass phases (Design, Build/UAT, Cutover, Hypercare), coordinating milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Lead change and training readiness activities with super users and end users, support cutover operational alignment, and manage governance routines, trackers, RAID logs, and decision-support documentation in collaboration with Implementation Managers and OCM.

Key Responsibilities

•Own assigned SAP rollout subprocesses across Design, Build/UAT, Cutover and Hypercare phases, managing plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.
•Act as primary point of contact for selected stakeholder groups (end users, testers, process and operational teams) and coordinate communications with OCM and Implementation Managers.
•Drive change, training and adoption readiness by engaging super users and end users in UAT and cutover readiness activities; track completion and feedback.
•Support cutover and operational readiness by aligning business teams to the cutover plan and monitoring execution readiness through early hypercare.
•Own governance, reporting and documentation (trackers, action logs, status updates, RAID logs) and prepare decision-support materials for Implementation Manager and leadership forums.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or IT.
•3–5 years of experience in a GBS/SSC environment.
•Fluent Polish and English language skills.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; preferred knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP or similar ERP systems.
•Experience with projects, process improvements, transformations, or implementations; strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
