Job Summary

Lead AI-driven transformation programs for retail banking operations, partnering with CXOs and business/technology leaders to design and execute measurable initiatives. Advise on AI strategy, operating models, and intelligent automation roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, and deliver solution architecture across customer onboarding (KYC/eKYC), lending, payments, service, and collections. Drive GenAI, NLP, document processing, RAG, and hyperautomation, while ensuring AI governance and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements for retail banking clients and advise CXOs on AI strategy, automation roadmaps, and GenAI adoption.
•Drive AI-led automation across customer onboarding and KYC/eKYC, including AI-based document verification and compliance checks.
•Deliver AI solution architecture and design/implementation for NLP automation, computer vision/document processing, and GenAI solutions including LLMs/coplots and RAG pipelines.
•Enable intelligent automation through RPA + AI (hyperautomation), workflow orchestration tools, and enhancements to STP/FTR/TAT.
•Implement AI governance and responsible AI practices, including model risk management and ensuring regulatory alignment for areas such as KYC/AML.

Key Requirements

•Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements for retail banking clients.
•Advise CXOs on AI strategy and operating model, intelligent automation roadmap, and GenAI adoption across customer and operations functions.
•Identify, prioritize, and quantify high-value AI use cases across retail banking.
•Define architecture for AI/ML and GenAI solutions (cloud-native platforms) and lead design/implementation of NLP automation, computer vision/document processing, and LLM/coplots with RAG pipelines.
•Implement enterprise AI governance and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements such as KYC/AML guidelines.
