Key Responsibilities

  • •Start/stop stretch blow-molding machines to produce quality rigid-plastic containers and perform machine inspections, cleaning, lubricating, and tightening.
  • •Inspect containers using test equipment, statistical quality methods, and visual inspection; pack containers into cartons and stack packed units.
  • •Operate lift trucks to move materials safely and maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment.
  • •Apply SPC methodologies for machine adjustments, change materials, assist in changeovers, and identify out-of-spec production (held ware).
  • •Maintain and adhere to established GMP, Safety Quality Foods (SQF), and food safety compliance requirements, and complete routine paperwork accurately.
