Sr. Data Scientist - Pricing Algorithms

Build and support predictive pricing models that help CarMax decide which vehicles to buy, how to price them, and how to allocate inventory across stores. Collaborate with analysts and systems experts to ensure models are deployed effectively, improve existing models, and incorporate new data sources via feature engineering and statistical/ML methods. Design controlled experiments, communicate model behavior and impact to senior leaders, and contribute to the team’s modeling roadmap.
