Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform double-entry bookkeeping tasks such as posting journal entries, identifying affected subsidiary accounts, and assigning proper codes.
  • •Review Syncada records against Commercial Bills of Lading (CBLs) to ensure entries match for payment and investigate/reconcile rejections.
  • •Monitor shipment delivery status in Syncada daily and validate applicable charges against the matching CBL.
  • •Process cost spreadsheets for submission to government for approval and payments.
  • •Prepare and submit required reports, including vehicle lists, mileage costs, 4ID bus costs, justification memorandums, and maintain GSA vehicle credit cards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Two years’ experience in an accounting environment, with some knowledge of military operations and schedules.

  • •Good oral and written communication skills.
  • •Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for a CAC; must pass a background check and drug screen.
