Key Responsibilities

  • •Accompany apprentices from the first day to takeover as technical point of contact, coach, and motivator
  • •Provide technical and personal support to industry electricians, electronics technicians for devices and systems, and mechatronics technicians
  • •Teach theory and practice in a clear and modern way
  • •Plan training cycles and specialist courses and work closely with technical departments
  • •Further develop modern training formats and digital learning methods and support recruiting new apprentices

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field, ideally with further training as a technician or master
  • •Experience as a trainer, instructor, or similar is advantageous
  • •Solid electrotechnical knowledge with several years of practical experience
  • •IT affinity and interest in digital technologies
  • •Passion for electronics, mechanics, automation, and 3D printing; AEVO training is desired but not mandatory
