Key Responsibilities

•Accept equipment for service at the center and manage repair workflows in CRM/ERP systems.
•Record repair histories and service requests, and provide status updates to clients via phone, email, and chat.
•Advise customers on repair status and technical questions, ensuring clear and timely communication.
•Receive and document equipment from international partners and ensure proper movement within ERP/CRM systems.
•Support technical investigations and analysis of equipment, maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality service.
