Job Summary

Deliver person-centred care as a Registered Nurse on a bank contract at Bupa Green Gates Care Home in Oxford. Oversee the unit alongside clinical duties, administer and order medication, and develop and evaluate individualised care plans. Coach and guide colleagues through formal and informal teaching, monitor safe practices to meet standards and legislation, and support families through effective communication and handovers. You’ll receive training in digital care.

•Ability to work safely and calmly, including critical thinking if working nights alone with limited support.
