Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow print specifications and operating procedures to fabricate bearing assemblies, apply coatings, and perform required preparatory steps (e.g., degreasing, blasting, masking, plugging, wrapping).
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections and maintain accurate documentation for parts in accordance with ANSI Y14-5 and the certified operator program.
  • •Mix spray compounds to specifications, prepare solutions by volumetric/viscosity/specific gravity requirements, and set oven/drying controls for specified temperature and time.
  • •Use measuring/testing equipment (e.g., Permascope) to verify coating thickness, lap/ball burnish to finished tolerances, and complete post-operative cleanup and part marking.
  • •Maintain component build records and lot control/traceability (including government contract requirements), handle materials carefully, and perform minor equipment maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.98 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year of machining experience OR minimum 1 year of industrial painting experience.
  • •Must reside within a 50 mile radius of Euclid, Ohio (Active Duty military exempt).
  • •This position requires access to export-controlled information; applicant must be a U.S. person as defined by the posting.
  • •Complete an Eaton approved training program within 30 days and become a Certified Operator within 40 days of becoming active on the code.
