Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and support the HRIS technology portfolio, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • •Translate HR business requirements into system configurations and process improvements while ensuring system integrity, security, and compliance.
  • •Evaluate HR processes and drive automation, simplification, and continuous improvement to enhance employee and manager experiences.
  • •Lead HRIS projects from planning through deployment, managing timelines, risks, user testing, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • •Maintain data integrity across HR systems and support reporting, analytics, auditing, and compliance activities, partnering with People Analytics teams.

Key Requirements
