Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and evolve agentic workflows on the Duo Agent Platform, including the core agentic workflow and Requirements Agent for automated platform-readiness evaluation.
  • •Evolve a platform requirements knowledge base via schema design, validation tooling, and CI systems that support the agentic workflow.
  • •Build integration surfaces for feature teams, including issues, merge requests, design documents, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Partner with platform teams (Infrastructure, Security, Data) to translate expertise into structured requirements and validation logic.
  • •Create quality control feedback loops with systems that surface errors and gaps, measure assessment accuracy, and mentor other engineers on workflow standards and evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in backend, platform, or developer-facing tooling.
  • •Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang (Ruby a plus).
  • •Experience shipping developer-facing tooling primarily used by other engineers.
  • •Understanding of GitLab-style development workflows (issues, epics, merge requests, CI/CD, code review) as automation-ready artifacts.
  • •Experience with structured content systems, schemas, or validation tooling.
