Manager - Solution Engineering

Lead and develop a Solution Engineering team across Germany and Continental Europe in a player-coach capacity. Hire, coach, and manage team performance while building a scalable solution engineering strategy and repeatable frameworks. Partner with Sales Leadership on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and win-rate improvements, and work closely with Product and Product Marketing to capture customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
