Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply expertise in unstructured data (text, image) using open-source LLMs and VLMs.
  • •Use tools and cloud platforms to automate workflows across large volumes of text and vision data.
  • •Build and validate machine learning and NLP models, partnering to operationalize them in scalable production systems for millions of customers.
  • •Assess GenAI/LLM-powered application architectures in production and define best practices for development and deployment.
  • •Define AI observability and continuous monitoring controls, evaluating dynamic behavior to keep outputs and autonomous actions within risk appetite.

Salary: USD 135,600 - 154,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration).
  • •At least 2 years’ experience in Python, Scala, or R.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience with machine learning.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience with SQL.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience with AI/ML tools and ecosystems such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Weights and Biases Weave, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
