Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the planned preventative maintenance programme, ensuring maintenance is scheduled, completed, recorded, and reviewed.
  • •Provide oversight of building fabric, infrastructure, equipment, and facilities assets to identify, prioritise, and resolve issues to a high standard.
  • •Govern housekeeping, presentation, and back-of-house site standards with internal teams and service providers to maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • •Manage facilities contractors and suppliers, including onboarding, induction, performance review, permit-to-work requirements, RAMS review, and contractor safety compliance.
  • •Coordinate statutory inspections and health and safety actions, and scope and deliver minor capital works; undertake Duty Manager responsibilities when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated facilities management/building maintenance or property operations experience in a customer-facing environment with high footfall.
  • •Strong working knowledge of planned preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle management, including tracking and evidence of completed works.
  • •Practical understanding of statutory inspections, health and safety requirements, risk assessments, RAMS, and permit-to-work processes.
  • •Ability to effectively manage external contractors and service providers, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and safe issue resolution.
  • •Excellent organisational skills with accurate compliance records, maintenance schedules, action trackers, purchase records, and audit evidence.
