Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the CMM Data Modernization and Governance data operations team, managing RAID logs and operational risk mitigation.
  • •Oversee daily operational health of data pipelines, platforms, integrations, applications, and analytics environments against SLAs, including root-cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • •Establish procedures for monitoring, incident response, problem management, service requests, maintenance, and releases; maintain runbooks and documentation.
  • •Coordinate production support across cloud, data engineering, application, BI/analytics, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams; facilitate post-incident reviews.
  • •Support upgrades, patching, environment management, capacity planning, performance tuning, resilience, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery for cloud data platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of IT management experience delivering technology solutions, emphasizing data governance strategy, standards, operations support, and change management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • •Experience leading teams supporting big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, data management, and BI/analytics.
  • •Experience operating or supporting master data management (MDM) platforms or enterprise data governance tooling.
