Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle assigned property claims promptly and effectively, making decisions within delegated authority and company guidelines.
  • •Determine proper policy coverages, apply claims practices, and open/close/adjust reserves to ensure reserve adequacy.
  • •Conduct claim follow-ups using claims and related business systems; maintain knowledge of insurance guidance, policy changes, and industry repair procedures.
  • •Partner with Special Investigations Unit and Subrogation to identify fraud/subrogation opportunities and assist with files for legal actions.
  • •Deliver outstanding customer service for internal/external customers and perform onsite inspections as needed, including rooftops and physical access to loss sites.

Key Requirements
