Build and productionize AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI neobank app. Own AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automation across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and payments, partnering with product and engineering to replace manual processes. Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, documents, and knowledge bases while designing evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows for reliable, safe outputs. Prototype quickly, test with users or operators, and improve quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Work with product and engineering teams to convert manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Create integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgment on where AI helps versus where rule-based systems or human review are better.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
