Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and mechanic staffing across multiple shifts, including schedules, temps, and attendance/timesheet discrepancies.
  • •Monitor repair output and mechanic performance to maintain fleet availability, reliability, and quality standards.
  • •Set KPIs for productivity/efficiency and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective actions.
  • •Oversee spare parts and tool ordering, tracking, auditing, and usage to ensure accurate availability.
  • •Enforce safety protocols/PPE and run operational excellence initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally and analyzing performance data.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of professional work experience (ideally 1+ year in an Operations role).
