Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple operations areas during a shift to ensure accurate, timely Processing and Value Added Services execution.
  • •Direct daily warehouse and distribution activities (shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, stacking, picking, packing).
  • •Maintain safety and training compliance with VF Safety policies and applicable safety requirements.
  • •Monitor daily DC productivity/efficiency using performance management, KPI, and balancing/flow metrics.
  • •Manage people responsibilities including pay reviews, performance management, training, and resource planning for the area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 74,800 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Generally six years of progressive experience in a substantially similar industry, including one year of supervisory experience.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills; ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
  • •Experience with WMS (PkMS) or comparable WMS, plus RF and MHE technologies.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
