Job Summary

Lead a team of software applications engineers supporting TI’s Sitara MPU processors for Automotive ADAS and Industrial markets. You’ll develop and sustain differentiated software on modern SoCs, solve complex customer issues, and ramp new applications through demos, benchmarks, and reference collateral. Partner closely with Systems, Architecture, Software Development, and SoC teams to deliver scalable system architectures that accelerate customer development and drive design wins.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support differentiated software on the latest SoCs, solving customer issues to accelerate product success.
•Manage a team of 2–5 people, including mentoring, development, planning, and execution.
•Serve as the customer technical point of contact, translating customer requirements into product software development.
•Create demos, benchmarks, and reference designs (and self-serve collateral) for ADAS and IVI segments for TI Sitara processors.
•Manage escalation for key customer projects and drive timely resolution of customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ECE or Computer Science.
•Minimum 7+ years of industry experience in software development for embedded systems.
•Experience with one or more of: Linux, RTOS, ADAS, and IVI systems.
•Strong background in software/firmware development with programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
•Experience in leadership roles (Technical Lead or Manager), including managing and mentoring others.
