Serve as a strategic partner to Global Operations & Technology and the Enterprise Data team, acting as the voice of data for supply chain and global member support. Build and maintain metric architecture (North Star metrics, leading vs. lagging indicators, guardrails), lead weekly metric workstreams, and perform root-cause analysis for anomalies. Translate complex data into clear business narratives, partner on measurement for pilots, and evangelize data adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with stakeholders and executive leaders to define, build, and maintain robust metric architecture, including North Star metrics and operational guardrails.
•Lead weekly metric review workstreams, reporting key trends, changes, and strategic opportunities; perform root-cause analysis on operational anomalies.
•Shape and deliver clear business narratives, translating complex and ambiguous data into recommendations.
•Collaborate cross-functionally on measurement strategy and data collection for pilot projects and new initiatives.
•Partner with tech and operations to design, evaluate, and interpret operational experiments and process changes while supporting data adoption.
•Develop expertise in supply chain and member support data and document the broader data ecosystem for the operational systems that drive it.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of data analytics experience at a senior level, including data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and presentation for medium to large datasets.
•Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Looker (or similar enterprise BI tools), plus strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
•Fluency analyzing data with Python and/or R.
•Practical knowledge of A/B testing and quasi-experimental design (e.g., difference-in-differences).
•Familiarity with dbt and modern analytics engineering principles, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
