Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality patient care by supporting clinical staff and partnering with Hearing Care Professionals onsite.
  • •Schedule and confirm appointments; perform insurance benefit checks and authorization details.
  • •Provide first-level patient support including answering questions, checking patients in/out, and collecting and processing payments.
  • •Maintain patient intake forms and files/notes; place outbound calls to current/former patients for scheduling and weekly evaluations.
  • •Manage clinic operations: process patient orders, submit daily finance reports, and maintain equipment, inventory, and supplies; assist with community outreach event logistics.
