Job Summary

Build and continuously improve TikTok Ads software for the Ads Interface & Platform team, focusing on high-performance frontend experiences. You’ll optimize Ads frontend interface performance, troubleshoot JavaScript and layout compatibility issues across browsers, and align delivery with product objectives and project goals. Work closely with PM and R&D teams globally to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while designing scalable, reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and continuously improve TikTok Ads software.
•Optimize performance of Ads frontend interfaces.
•Resolve JavaScript or layout cross-browser and compatibility problems.
•Analyze product objectives and deliver results aligned with project goals.
•Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, with strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency with JavaScript (ES5 or later), CSS, and at least one frontend MV* framework such as React or Vue.
•Collaborative mindset with solid written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience with advertisement technology is a plus, but not required.
•Familiarity with back-end technologies and databases is a plus, but not required.
