Job Summary

Drive sales, education, and service for corporate/private sector retirement plan clients across your assigned territory, including conducting seminars for participants. Provide counseling on defined contribution 401(k) plan features and help grow business relationships, prospect and acquire new small cases, and coordinate with a Program Director and home office teams. Act as a team lead for Retirement Specialists and support special projects across marketing, customer service, and enrollment processes.

•Schedule and conduct one-on-one and group seminars for potential and existing participants within an assigned territory.
•Provide counseling and guidance on defined contribution retirement savings plan features and benefits to drive sales growth.
•Develop relationships with key entity contacts (including department head level) to expand products and services within the plan.
•Assist/support the Program Director with territory planning, execution strategies, training, and presentation/product/policy or process changes.
•Serve as a team lead for a group of Retirement Specialists, troubleshooting inquiries and leading special projects related to marketing, customer service, enrollment, and administrative processes.

Salary: USD 68,000 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Expertise in private sector business and knowledge of 401(k) plans and other financial products/services to expand plan relationships.

•Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to manage a territory of clients.
•FINRA Series 6 license and life and health licenses required; Series 63 and 65 may be necessary.
