Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store’s leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences. Coach and develop associates, help monitor KPIs and sales/profit goals, and model consumer-centric selling behaviors. Ensure merchandising and inventory standards are maintained through stockroom organization, product replenishment, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention practices. Partner with store leadership to build an inclusive team culture and support local community engagement.

•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Maintain visual merchandising and inventory integrity by organizing stockroom operations, processing shipments, and following loss prevention practices.
