•Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of applications supporting Mastercard’s global operations.
•Serve as production readiness steward by creating and enforcing operations standards and enabling developer run ownership of resilient products.
•Support automation and scripting to improve operational workflows and incident response processes.
•Troubleshoot and resolve routine and some complex system issues, escalating when necessary to maintain system health.
•Perform triage, root-cause analysis with blameless post-mortems, and collaborate with development teams to align reliability with technical and business needs.
