Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of related experience in technology product management, enterprise/data platforms, engineering, delivery, or similar.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, resource planning, and development of managers or senior professionals.
  • •Advanced experience managing complex technology products/services/portfolios with accountability for roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, risks, and timelines.
  • •Advanced knowledge of product management practices (roadmap governance, backlog prioritization, value-based planning, Agile delivery) and platform operating models, plus security, data governance, and operational reliability concepts.
