Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive internal communications leadership for SEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and culture.
•Develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external communications plan including events, campaigns, quarterly results, and leadership updates to strengthen reputation and visibility.
•Serve as strategic advisor to the SVP GM SEA and SLT on communications, positioning, and reputational matters.
•Lead crisis and issues management, developing frameworks for managing reputational risks and sensitive topics.
•Build cross-functional relationships with SLT, EM, Brands, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and priorities across markets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
•10–12 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, brand communications, or a related discipline, including at least 5 years at management level.
•Proven experience advising senior leadership and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
•Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations is highly advantageous.
•Strong understanding of South East Asian cultures and social media trends is a significant advantage.
