Job Summary

Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, including supplier identification, purchase order placement from requisition to invoice, and order follow-up to meet turn times. Obtain and negotiate quotes covering pricing, delivery, lead time, and terms while analyzing supplier offers and recommending sourcing decisions. Maintain compliant PO documentation and coordinate with requisitioners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify qualified suppliers for requirements using existing agreements.
•Manage purchase order placement from requisition through invoice payment for assigned indirect commodities.
•Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, lead time, and terms and conditions.
•Analyze supplier quotes and provide sourcing recommendations and decisions.
•Ensure product on-time delivery, timely order placement, and compliant purchase order documentation.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
•1+ year of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment (e.g., Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, PRISM).
•Advanced proficiency in English.
•Strong communication skills for professional written and spoken English.
•Familiarity with lean principles and process improvement strategies.
