Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • •Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • •Conduct resume screening and thorough interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • •Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the process.
  • •Use ATS and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and maintain confidentiality of personnel records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • •2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in full-cycle recruiting.
  • •Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • •Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and current regulations.
  • •Familiarity with MS Office suite.
