Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish supplier networks, negotiate preferred vendor contracts, and configure procurement/inventory software ahead of hotel launch.
  • •Execute OS&E and FF&E purchasing critical-path schedules before opening.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors; negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality.
  • •Oversee receiving, store operations, and stock management to streamline inventory turnover, minimize waste, and maintain optimal par levels.
  • •Enforce purchasing policies, internal financial controls, corporate sustainability guidelines, and local health/safety regulations across operational departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years as Purchasing Manager or Assistant Purchasing Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • •Proven pre-opening project experience is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • •Proficiency in hospitality procurement software (e.g., Materials Control, SunSystems, Oracle) and inventory management.
  • •High ethical standards and strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor relationship management skills; business fluency in English.
