Medical Assistant (Bulloch County)

Deliver hands-on home care as a Certified Medical Assistant, partnering with providers before, during, and after member visits. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for patients, performing tasks like taking vitals, assisting with translation and care questions, supporting phlebotomy, and maintaining accurate documentation. Coordinate care through EHR/EMR systems, help close care gaps, prepare supplies, and conduct outreach to schedule visits—while driving to members’ homes.
