Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement credit policies using Stripe proprietary and selected industry data to target, price, and size capital products.
•Provide credit risk recommendations and data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering, Capital Markets) to shape new credit product development across geographies and industries.
•Incorporate third-party data (bureau, bank account, and financial statements, plus other data) into credit assessment.
•Analyze account activity and monitor portfolio trends to identify opportunities to reduce potential credit losses.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting.
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
•Experience in risk management and/or financial lending or core credit risk management.
•Strong analytical skills with a rigorous, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
•Strong technical expertise including SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
