Job Summary

Lead an agile product team responsible for operational platform management across complex ACH-related products and ecosystems. Maintain and refine the product backlog by creating user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing work for maximum business value aligned to product strategy. Serve as the liaison between business and Agile teams, and partner with Product Management to set release dates, assess readiness to release, and apply customer research, data/analytics, and market research to drive outcomes and compliance.
